Major problem in CS:S

Hi everyone,

I've got a problem with CS:S thats making the game unplayable. The problem is that sometimes when I tap left or right, nothing happens, the keys are definately being depressed fully, but its as if I hadn't hit them. Then other times, I tap the key, and its as if I've held it for 2 seconds, when I've only tapped it(but again, depressed fully). As far as I'm aware this only happens with left and right, but I use foward and back so infrequently(well, W is pressed all the time nearly) that its possible I just havn't noticed the problem.

This issue happens maybe once of both types(non-press and over-press) for every 5 or 6 keypresses, so obviously its making the game totaly unplayable.

I've tried re-installing, which had no effect, I've tried playing on my own local server to check its not lag, choke or loss and its none of them.

So, any ideas on this? I'm thinking it may be my PSU lacking in power, since that sort of thing does sometimes happen when a PSU is lacking, but I would expect there to be similar problems in all high spec games if that were the case, and I don't get it at all in NFSU:MW.

Any ideas, suggestions, links, or free uber PSU's welcome. The one in question is an Antec 330, so in theory should be far more tehn enough for my fairly meagre system.

Could try a new keyboard to see if the current one has a problem.
