tbh, with april fast approaching i think there may be a chance it will turn into some kind of aprils fools gag....i think EA have been known to do something stupid like that before

the fact that it is blatantly just futuristic looking models running on the bf2 engine makes me feel it could just be a gag or a concept atm (even though it has all the dice tags etc)

Looks like a cross between BF2-UT2004-Mechwarrior. Will be class, just hope they work the bugs out before then.

I doubt it, as it looks like they put a lot of effort into it, and with the massive PC Gamer coverage it got I doubt it even more. Maybe its what Battlefield Vietnam was to Battlefield 1942

So PC Gamer would do a how-many-page cover story on it, and have the cover ITSELF about BF2142, especially for a prank? And the video from long back that supposedly got leaked which turned out to fit in with this? I seriously doubt it, but this game doesn't interest me so if EA do say its a prank I won't really mind
