Any of your lot play Hidden Source?

As above really, been getting into this - can be proper scary

If you've not heard of it, it's a mod for HL2. Two teams, one CT's the other is an invisible human with a knife and 3 nades. The 'Hidden' is a bit like Predator in the way the light shimmers when you move, and that you can jump around, hang on to the ceiling, walls etc. CT's have to kill the Hidden, and the Hidden has to kill the CTs by sneaking up to em and giving em the good news with the blade.

It makes for a really tense game as everyone's looking around, then all of a sudden the bloke next to you explodes in a pile of gore, then everyone goes mental a bit like the jungle scene in Predator.

Yeah its a great mod. Bad for LAN parties though....

Yeah, not so good if the person sat next to you is staring at your screen!

Good over the net though, it can be soooo tense especially when FF is on and panic breaks out and the SMGs are on full auto....

looks like good fun, does anyone know any servers where this mod is on or if not what to look for in the server browser?

Just fire it up, then hit the server browser within the mod itself and it'll find you somewhere to play on.

Just be sure to play on beta3 versions, not b2a

Playing it for over a year since a friend introduced it to me - great suspense and does make you jump. Great being the hidden and clinging to walls ready to pounce.

Also makes me laugh when your the hidden but can hear gunshots on the other side of the map as people are so wound up they begin shooting at shadows lol.

ive played it a few times since B3 came out. Really like it, very very hard though.

Someone on our CS server asked if we had a 'hidden server'. I thought they meant a server that wasn't viewable to the public or something. Now I know .

Going to have to check this out - sounds like fun .
