Lol . The game is good, but sounds better on paper than in practice. I don't really like how there is auto shoot and getting to missions takes ages and meh has no mount bah . Btw I'll try add you to my friend list but I think I'm on a different server.

i dont like this game. I got it last week, hate the combat (auto fire as said above), it takes ages to get anywhere, the amount is people is crap, you have to spend a LONG time at it to get money, experience etc.
The way its split up into loads of servers is crap. It defeats the object of "massively multiplayer"

    im on Ahazi btw.

Yeah I think what they should do is have a planet for each server. That would be awesome really. I got the game a few months ago and there's never many people online cos my server is American based.

Thats what i was thinking, a server for each planet and you could change between them whenever u wanted. They cant really expect people to pay £10 a month to play with a couple of hundred people, at the most, who are spread out over a 15x15 km area.
Another thing that p!$$es me off about this game is waiting for those bloody transports. 10 minute wait for each one......i always get there just when it's left. It makes doing errands a b*****d.

If that expansion is any good i may re-subscribe. But if it's another point and click, then i wont bother.

Yeah, the potential for the game is awesome but there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. I'm a really dedicated SW fan but it's starting to get boring.

No doubt it will develop a lot over time, most MM games do. Look at Planetside, it is nothing like it was now when it was released. And as SWG is made by the same people no doubt it will be changing all the time.

Don't think I will be getting SWG though, brothers got it and it just looks to boring for me, but then I'm not a massive SW fan.

Look at planetside, it has so far developed, mosly backwards into a jerky mess of a stuttery laggy server-crashin crash-to-desktop'in pile of bunk.

Having played it for 6 months odd, while the game is more balanced now in terms of weapons and vehicles than it ever was, no dev time has been put into fixing unreliable europe server, poor game engine which requires a 3ghx P4 extreme and radeon 9800 xt just to not go under 20fps in big battles, and the core combat addon wich many peeps payed £25 od only gave a few vehicles a few weapons and a cave system that no one goes in coz theres no point.

Install the original planetside, and if you could join a server it would be far more smooth lag free and playable with higher FPS than what it is now after the tens of patches and fixed, and the expansion.

I have cancelled my planetside sub it finishes the end of this month, guess what ill be buying instead? Yup - SWG. Funny how the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence no?
