    Question LAN Parties near Heathrow

Anyone here living around the Heathrow area go to any LAN parties? If so, where do you go and how do you know about them? Are they advertised on the NET anywhere?

I've never been to one and would like to go as online gaming is good, but I want to be able to see the other guys face drop as you sneak up behind him and blast him away!

Wheee! I just found a shop in the town I live in that has 28 comps all connected together and that have internet access through a T1 line (I think). Just round the corner from me and I never knew it was there!!

All machines have ATI Radeon 9700 PRO cards and Athlon XP 1700's I think with 256MB ram (can't remember exact specs). The guy in there last night gave me a quote of £10 for 3 hrs from 11pm - 2am on a Friday night. Does this sound pretty good to anyone?

Would anyone else living around this area be interested in coming along and joining the fun?
