heh, i'm doing 70 hours this week, 7 x 10 hour shifts, 9pm-7am!!
hmmmmm, sounds like great sleeping patterns all round then :/
I've got classical diagnosed clinical insomnia. Classical means the doctor says it's down to having too much on my mind, too many worries.
I get about 4 hours a night, in bursts, usually nothing at all, until I'm so tired my body gives up and forces it on me.
Woo, it's a bunch of fun. Usually leads to serious depression too, can't wait.

I am part time bar staff at hotel although saying bar staff aint exactly right because i'm mainly on the floor taking orders, lifting empties and generally doing what I'm told...
i don't envy me either stacking shelves ain't fun, and they so short of staff there's no chance to take it easy, they also turn off the heating and most of the lights so it gets bloody freezing, especially when you working in the chiller isles. the amount of people have have come and gone is the 5 weeks i've been working there is rediculous, the 2 guys who started last week are already planning on leaving, you've got the seasoned old timers who have been there for 20+ years, but everyone new they recruit soon dissapears. luckily these 7 nights will be my last, and i never plan to return. will get £550 for my final week though, now i just need to find something to spend it all on, retail therapy
i used to work at a bar, at a golf club, i didn't enjoy it as such, it was either empty for 4 hours with nothing to do or absolutely packed as everyone came in before or after various functions, it really depended on who you were working with, if anyone, as to how good it was, some of the girls working there were very nice, makes the shift go by a lot quicker. after my current job it sounds like heaven!

The only time I ever slept well was when the doctor put me on sleeping tablets. Slept ace for a month then the moment the doc took me off them, back to my average 4 hours.
I hate people who can sleep My mate once slept for 30 hours! his mum woke him up with a bacon butty, he ate it, went back to sleep and never even realised he'd been awake!
Caffine Overdose?
I dont have the time to stay awake, working on produce and meat is kinda active. So sleep is a requirement, well suggested course of action.
I like my days off, I normally sleep allllll day!
tried giving up caffine (6 months, no caffine) - no difference.
Its to hot to sleep, being going sleep around 3-4 am because its to hot and ive been watching biggest counter-strike event in the world at dallas, texas. And been in to many counter-strike clan wars heheh .

I decided to actaully go to sleep last night, needed it!
It's great - I can hit the bed and go out in pretty much no time at all and I've been told I've slept through a thunder and lightning storm that woke up the rest of the house...
