Conan Books

WHats the best order to read the conan books in? I have one (The bloody crown) and loved it, want to get into the rest, the only thing ive seen so far though is a big hardbook volume at waterstones, which although it looks to be an excellent edition, isnt really suitable for reading on the train (about the size of Roget's).

So, has anyone read the full lot? And have you got a rough idea of the chronolgy?
