    FAO - Butuz

I didn't really fancy hijacking the other thread, so I made you your very own! You caught my attention in the New Years Resolutions thread.

So.. uhh.. Mango Amps, eh? Like Orange, but more expensive? I'm just interested in hearing a little about your fathers company. Is it a full-time, hand-building workshop? Or just a project he does whilst working, that he hopes will take off? Do you have a website I can oogle at?

Ah hello m8 ta for not hijacking the thread.

Yeh kinda like orange, but handbuilt using the finest components from bits of wood, a saw and a soldering iron to completed amp. No PCB's, optimised super short wire runs etc. Basically my dad has been an electronics engineer for 25 years and TV repair man before that, he's decided to go back to his roots and move from fiddling with fancy cumputerised PCB's, LED screens and all that nancy boy stuff, back to his roots of hand wired excellence and all valves.

Basically at the moment we are just working on perfecting a couple of designs that will then be demo'd via various local bands to get some feedback. From what i have heared i got a feeling the feedback is gonna be good They sound superb specially when cranked up.

Ill forward your query to him and i can get back to you with more details of the two models we are gonna be selling if your interested.

    Cheers

    Butuz
