    Sega Dreamcast.

I bought one in Game yesterday:
    £39.00

Console, leads, 2 pads, VMU, Gun and House of the dead 2.

Now I want to start a nice little collection of games for it (I already have all the nintendo consoles).

    1) Anyone recommend any games?

    2) Anyone have any I could purchase?

You could probably get Sonic Adventure for next to nothing seeing as it came with most Dreamcasts - not the best game ever but good for a quick blast

Ah the Dreamcast, still got mine
£39 seems pricey compared to what they cost on eBay last I checked though!

Shenmue is an epic (shame mine is scratched)
Dead Or Alive 2 is still my favorite in the series, the PS2 version has some extras but the DC one is still great.
Virtua Tennis is good multi-player fun.
    Sonic Adventure is pretty enjoyable.

Dunno why you'd suggest Quake 3 to someone who has a PC though

Just thought I'd have to add that. They released it for the Gamecube and although there were no graphical differences, it was still awesome

I quite enjoyed Grandia II as well (although it did get released for the PS2 later on)
Ikaruga (if you can get it, also released on GC after the DCs demise)
    Powerstone 1 & 2
    Sonic Adventure 2
Soul Calibur (definitely one of the better beat-em-ups on the DC)

The arcade controller is a must if you like beat-em-ups, and I prefer the original Marvel vs. Capcom to MvC 2- it's louder and crazier.

Other than the games already mentioned, I'd say Mr Driller, Space Channel 5 and Samba di Amigo. The original Sega maracas controllers are stupidly expensive, but the aftermarket ones aren't too bad, and it's a cracking game- the reason I bought a dreamcast in the first place, in fact.

If you like the Resident Evil games give Code Veronica a go. Apart form the new Game Cube games its the best.

I can't believe that Sega is dropping the last support for thse and Saturns later in the year!

In all honesty i'm surprised support has lasted this long
