    Ill thought out Private Members Bill....

    Hey all,

    Was going to post this in the automotive section, but this bit gets a wider readership.

    It is incredible how these knee-jerk reactions by MPs, almost always adversely affect the majority, while the minority it was aimed at originally, arn't going to give a crap about it anyway.

    Yes because every chav riding his stolen mini-moto is going to take time to register it with the DVLA and even if he(or more likely someone else) does, the number plate will be off faster than his mother knickers on a Saturday night.
