Have you (can you??) disabled CSS support, im not sure if you can, but it looks like the page it loading, but not applying any of the style rules for it.

Exactly what I was thinking - perhaps an extension not working properly? You could try a blank profile and see if the problem persists.

Ohhh I get that when I'm at work, if I go select the newer proxy server it disables something in the pages like on Wikipedia:

This is how it should look:

Anyway your not behind a proxy or anything like at Uni or Work? That could be causing it?

I'd join the css people, looks like for some reason your browser isn't applying the styles. Maybe it's turned off in the browser or maybe you're being denied access to it for some reason.

If you do a View Source on the page and look through the top for the link to the CSS file, copy it and try to get directly to the file using it in the address bar, then you'll at least know if your access to it is blocked. If it opens then your browser is probably the cause, if not then the file itself is blocked somewhere... What happens if you visit the page in IE?

Might be a shot in the dark, but i know that in IE "High Contrast" mode overrides a lot of CSS styles.

This actaully makes a lot of sense from an accessability point of view... i wounder if the fire ferret can do the same now?
