    Sony Ericsson Service Centre

Anyone know of a centre in the Berkshire/Thames Valley area (or any at all really)? I need a firmware upgrade for my P800...

lol, I want the same for my P900!!!

I found one near slough called Premiere Eurocom.

I called em and got "Sure, we can TRY to flash your P900. We tried one before and it failed."

I said I'd call some that that CAN flash it, not TRY to flash it!!!!!

Quite a few carphone warehouses are official Sony centers now. They will upgrade it for you even if not brought from there, but you must have your receipt.

Yeah the online flashing util don't work on o2 P900's

But there are updates to the firmware, although to update the o2 models it needs a service centre.

Apparently the carphonewarehouse in the Broad Street Mall, Reading does flashing - though I haven't tried it myself.
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.

I stumbled upon a phone number for SE customer services (08705 237 237) so hopefully they can give me a local[ish] centre. Failing that, I'll try CPW in Reading

    Cheers guys!
