My System Hi All,
I was looking for help with my Komplett problem, but it looks like I am unlucky! I ordered my system from Komplett £679.00, was later emailed to the effect that 2 items where out of stock. Spoke to customer service & was told to cancel the order & rerder with components that are in stock. Having re.ordered I have had the ordered rejected because I no longer have funds available, these are ringed by Komplett, The end result is that I have no computer & no money, which seems a little unfair as I had changed my original order to reflect the O/S items.Komplett are unable to amend my order, which means I now have no option than to wait a week until the money is paid back into my account. Maybe it's me, but this is not fair? Guess where my next order will be going! Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

what happened to it?

i think when komplett send the money back to your accoutn however that it can take 3-4 days. there is no way for you to speed that up im afraid. i think its sjut the banks themselves.
