you ain't alone mate, i can never sleep anymore
I havent had the recomended amount of rem sleep per night in years it cant be doing much good , isnt it 8 hours per night that your supposed to get? I usualy wake up half way though eather needing the lav or just a random wake up so whislt i get that sleep per night its not all in one go which cant be good
But I'm still here at 3:30am.
I am teh l33test!!11!!1!!111!

Still here at 5:45am!
Bow down before me!
Of course, it’s now so late, it’s early, so... I win both the 'staying up far too late in an irresponsible manner' award, and the 'being up really early, in a responsible manner, ready to put the cat out (who sets fire to the bloody thing?), get the milk, go to work, and various other things that I am not going to do today' award.
I will, however, be having a round of toast and a cuppa, and then falling asleep with Red Dwarf Series III playing in the background, on the DVD player.
Strange, but true.
Oh, I've also snatched the coveted 'Being awake at weird times' award from DaDeeeeeenster as well!
All your awards are belong to us! (Well, me)

Last night I did actually sleep a bit, which was nice. Probably won't tonight though
heh, i always have this problem, until my collage term starts again anyways, im okISH again now,
i think its 6hours min sleep a night, not 8, i think not sure though
i had problems like this sleeping in the summer hols, stayin up till 6am and sleeping till bout 4pm. it does suck, but trying to get into a regular sleep pattern is good i.e. not falling asleep at 6am, but making yourself stay awake till bout 10pm, then goin to sleep, and your body clock will change back to normal. also, cutting out tea and coffee a few hours before bed (caffeine), sugary stuff and cheese (cos u get bad dreams )
also, part of the brain needs to get a certain amount of sunlight, so if you are sleeping through most daylight, your head will get proper messed up. peace and sweet dreams.
