Don't want to add pressure, but bear in mind the theory test is changing from the 3rd of September, you will have to get 50 correct questions to pass, as far as i'm aware the HP is staying the same, the fee will go up to £28.50.

Think of it as a Rite Of Passage
    Eskimos wrestle a Polar Bear
Amazon Indians kill a Python with their bare hands
Obscure Pacific Islanders nail their testes to a log and hobble about for 2 weeks
But we have.... THE DRIVING TEST - which is worst of all

He's done his theory. If you don't pass your practical within 2 years of passing your theory then you've got to do the theory test again.

Have you booked your practical? You might want to look into that sharpish as I imagine waiting times are going to be well over a month by now.

At my local test centre it's about a month and a half at the moment. When I did mine it was the same wait, but I struck it lucky and got a cancellation, only had to wait 2 weeks. Job done.

i'm looking to do the same kind of thing as you, 21 and wanna get the license this summer.
let us know how it goes mate.

anyone else have experience with intensive driving courses? i get the point about it being "rushed", but that's why it's intensive!

i suppose good driving habits aren't learnt in 4 days tho...

From what I hear Driving tests teach you how to move a car/pass a driving test - the learning starts when you pass.

Yeah, it's like getting a black belt in karate, or graduating - you only really learn when you pass.

My old work mate did his entire drivers license, end to end, in about 3 weeks - his test was originally booked for 2 months down the line but he phoned up to see if there were cancellations about 6 times a day and kept bringing it forward.

He failed first time, but passed the 2nd (like a week later or something ridiculous like that.)

you will have to get 50 correct questions to pass
I should know this, but how many questions are there now?!

I had 35 questions in my theory test!
