Get a good nights sleep before.
hmmm, i have failed to get one job from an interview in my entire career of being sacked and looking for work...
Be frank, (not eddie), be smart, ask intelligent questions, be enthusiastic about the job situation

i'm a salesman, we get sacked, a lot.
Basically, be very confident, enthusiastic, but be aware, the interviewer is human, strike up a rapport, find something they like to talk about, run with it
it works
Smile
Can't believe no one mentioned this one!
Arrive in plenty of time, even if you have to sit on your own for half an hour.
The last words you want to start an interview with are ... "Sorry I'm late", that's if you are not told to leave before your interview has even begun.
Best of luck

Don't eat anything beforehand that might give you a bad case of flatulence
Don't try the old, "imagine them naked" thing. You'll either end up questioning your sexuality or have a raging hard on.
Don't pretend you know the answer to every question.
Preparation
It's a single word that covers so many things but is of major importance. There are so many things you need to do before your interview...
# Work out exactly what you're going to wear (and have a backup plan incase you get toothpaste on your tie ! ).
# Research the business you're interviewing at.
# Know your c.v. inside out (without having to look at it).
... and many other common sense things. If you're fully prepared then nothing should be a shock to you, you can go to your interview feeling confident and comfortable with the situation
Here are a few:
1. Research the company
2. When they say Do you have any questions - ALWAYS ASK
ONE (preferably one relevant to the job )
3. If you really want the job then can always say at the end
"I really would like this opportunity to work with you. Is there anything I can do to help improve my chances?" (they love that sort of thing).
4. You can also say
"I really want to work with you. Is it possible to sit and watch or talk to someone for a bit who is currently doing the role or a similar role already so I can get a better understanding?"
What do you think?

Yeah, also to echo Frosty.
Don't be late!!!!!!!!!
When going for pitches to new clients, I'll always arrive well in time. Drive / walk past the office so I know exactly where it is and then go have a coffee or something for the half hour or so until the interview.
Assume you've got the job and you are just there to find out if you like them and want the job - helps with the confidence!
Be willing to take a chance and not worry about rejection.
My current job I thought prior to the interview I had no chance of getting, so I read alot and went in relaxed in the knowledge I had no chance of getting it and had calm fun chat with the people here.
Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams.
