This is a bit daft I'm pretty sure eagles existed before 1939, and are more associated with the fall of fascism and the victory of WW2 than they are with nazis.

This is what happens when big companies throw money at people for 'advice' they can pretty much make up anything, and the company is paying them so much they really don't wont to ignore the advice as it's wasted money then.
