    HSBC Internet Banking

    Is it working for anyone else? The site loads and everything but it keeps saying the following after I enter my details:

    Please ensure that you have checked the correct User ID number appears at the top of the 'my security for internet banking' page, also that you have input your date of birth in the format DDMMYY not DDMMYYYY and that you have input the three random digits of your security number we have asked for. Please select 'OK' to try again. If the problem persists, please call us on 0845 600 2290 quoting reference HK1.

    I use it multiple times everyday and have never had the problem before? Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same.. and I KNOW for definite the details are correct.

    Hope not, don't see how I have been though.. not entered my details anywhere dodgy.. and my computer definitely isn't infected with anything dodgy. I'll give HSBC a ring later, will check my balance on the way to work too... :|

    Just rang them up. I think he said my account was locked for some reason? So he just asked me some questions and I reset my code and it seems to be working again now.

    Odd!

    Something to do with them changing the interface maybe? I don't like it, by the way. The old one was far less messy.

    Their security certificate was playing up on the business end a couple of days ago... shortly after me saying "If they'd been hacked, surely they'd take down the servers?" they went down entirely.

    I think it's just them doing updates though, otherwise it would've made the news by now.
    1.21 GIGAWATTS!!!!!
