anyone used www.theuksource.com? Mobile accessories and things. When I came to Germany I forgot my mobile charger so I wanted to buy a new one (the one at home is broken anyway) so I placed the order on 30th June. 20 days later and nothing. The website still says my order is "processing" and I've had no reply to my e-mails and nobody answers the phone.

Anybody else used them, and if so, did you have any problems?

theuksource.com - RUBBISH - they couldn't even source ketchup!
I used theuksource.com to buy a mobile N73 Charger, despite promising dispatch within 2 working days i've now been waiting for 18 Days!

I live in the UK so the post doesn't even have to travel across Europe! I emailed them when it didn't show after a week and they responded on the 1st Nov that the goods had been dispatched, 8 days seems a very long postage time!!

I emailed them first this this morning today asking for an update by COP but no reply. This really seems like a slack cowboy outfit, draw people in with low prices then don't delivery anything!!

Lol, well my charger finally arrived, albeit after a while! Be patient, if it was anything like mine it will take 2 more days.

No change at all here - having ordered a battery 13 days ago and enquired by email after it 6 days ago, there's still nothing seen or heard - except the unanswered brrr-brrrr of their phone.
And yes, I joined this forum especially to make this post.

I've joined this forum just to tell you my experiences with TheUKSource.com as well.

Ordered a data cable for my phone on the 6th February.
I was charged on the 6th Feb for £6.99
They said it had been sent on the 24th February (18 days after taking payment!)
Contacted them on 8th March to find out where it was. No reply.
Contacted them on 11th March to find out where it was and why I had no reply...

This service is quite horrendous. If my cable doesn't show up I'll update you all on just how hard it is to get money back of these useless idiots. Even if it does turn up I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone using them.
