Looks like it's just that or via HTTP port 80:

I know the video/audio ports are different, but it's not going to help much if you can't connect in the first place!

Can I ask why you're trying to find other ports?

If you're trying to get around a firewall (which I am guessing you are...) then good luck, most good corporate firewalls these days have all the ports listed and blocked and also check packets for incoming messages.

It's VERY hard to block MSN Messenger unless you have a firewall/Router that can differentiate between HTTP packets and MSN packets. In fact, I don't believe it's possible.

If you're going the other way, try e-messenger.

We have ISA but it works fine. Don't 100% know what the rules for students are though. You won't get any video through it mind as it requires the most stupid number of ports to be open at once. Tried it and gave up.

Your ISA firewall needs to be configured to block it - if it isn't - then it won't, but I know that you can seperate HTTPS and MSN requests with ISA, which you can't do with a standard firewall.

Makes me laugh how they've justified using MSN in their name!
