how to fix mirc

I keep getting software caused disconnect errors,

i uninstalled and the re-installed mirc and sysreset neither want to work for me.

any tips?

Mirc Options, on the tree view on the left there should be an identd leaf in the Connect subtree. Click this to bring up the IdentD options. Make sure the "use IdentD server" is set and that your username is the same as the "full name" in the "connect" section.

hmmmm I think the Ident is the reason it takes me over a min to connect to irc.....

I keep on getting....

Ive tried changing the values of the ident but i think I'm getting them wrong :/


I have tried using Full Name and email address details....
The email address details seem to work slightly better but still taking 1 min timeouts....
