He used to be funny, but I think that was because the whole lack of acting skills was quite charming. The novelty has worn off now though, big time.

Noel Fielding is one helluva cool bloke. ANd he's cool BECAUSE he doesn't care what other people think of him, he just continues being his own cool.
And that, in my book, is cooler than a Polar Bear's Testes. End of.

Ive never really got him, and dont find him that funny, Bill Bailey any day.
Saw him a couple of times when he came and did comedy nights at Uni. Great gigs and he just goes off on bizarre tangents.

I suppose comedy's very personal - I've no real strong NF feelings* but I love Bill Bailey but have never understood the appeal of Lee Evans and Peter Kay for example...
*A good friend of mine is a Boosh fan and is due to lend me some of his DVDs to try to get me into the series in the near future.

Aye... he's an individual rather than a mass produced clone so I'll give him credit for that. Got the Boosh disc set and I feel it get's a lot better the more you progress into the series.
He is funny at times, but at the moment Jim Jefferies is high on my list of people to see live on stand-up.

Personally, I can't stand him. Never find his stuff funny and dislike him when he's on things like Buzzcocks...
Seems to me like he loves himself too much (or at least the sound of his own voice).
