It's the 'C' word, but you kind of have to see the effect it has on people in context. Most of them have never used, nor heard anyone say the word, and have only ever been told about it at school by friends after hearing some particularly unsavoury element of society using it sometime in the past.....hookers, dockworkers, people like that....

Nope, a big group of us were sent on it at work. If it was personal choice, I would never have gone for it at first
It was a very intensive 3 day Foundation course (with 2 evening's homework!) with an exam at the end of it.
At the time I just found it really annoying and it seemed so pointless, because I'm the sort of person that just likes to DO things rather than piddle about with policies, but once I stepped back and thought "well actually, I can see the point behind that" and realised that the "framework" is a set of guidelines rather than hard-and-fast rules, I understood and appreciated it a bit more. I would certainly recommend it if you get the chance, even if it isn't very interesting. Something good for the CV!
Only got 30 out of 40 though (26 is the pass mark). A bit disappointing, but a pass nonetheless!
Emailed my group earlier on to tell them. Reply from the manager - "Excellent, well done - now for the next one!!". I replied "*SHRIEK* Run away! Run away!"
