i also agree that parcel force are rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishe
i sent to packages last year through royal mail to saudi arabia - and although they took ages - they got there in the end

but in december i sent another parcel but it was heavier so it was sent through parcel force - and guess what it has gone 'missing'
item was sent on 10-dec-03 and its nowhere to be found.

i am currently in the process of trying to get compensation - has anyone else managed to claim sucessfully - as i was wondering how long it will take to get my money back!

and the bloody postage was £33!

perhaps in future we should all say for delivery "do not send via parcel farce, I accept a slightly more expensive delivery method if it ensures less aggro. and undue stress in my life...and that my purchases WILL be delivered."

Agreed - they're shyte. I've had that card landing on the doormat thing and then seen a guy drive off in a car. Why, even the bloody postmen do that round here with any old parcel.

And on another note, I used to say the same thing about Amtrak, I really had some rows with them, but they seem to have improved - a lot.

Well, surprise surprise... still no package!

Am gonna try and get some time off work and go down there. I was going to a few weekends ago and thought why should I bother coz they are being paid to deliver it to me, but now I'm thinking it's the ONLY way I'm gonna get it...

I will demand to have my travel costs refunded and half the shipping costs to as they only done half the flipping job. Probably won't get anywhere though...

Has anyone tried phoning them up to rearrange a delivery?

AARRGGH!&!*&!^£&^£&^!!!! They use this really crappy voice recognition and it doesn't recognise anything! I gave up after 5 goes and felt the uncontrollable need to punch something.

    Parcel Force

The quicker they get back to the Depot,
the quicker they can clock off.
Personaly I would not trust them with a bag of coal.
) "Tact"?, "Wot Tact"?, "I thought that was something u nailed in a carpet". )

Success, can be the result of many Failures,
and believe me, I should know I have enough.

i had massive problems with parcel force 2. i wont go into the details but i sent a parcel the next day it returned to my address i rang them the same day and they told me they would arrange another pickup the next day no1 arrived by 4:15 so i phoned and the woman said they still had 45 mins and they would be there. they werent. the next day i rang again and was told by the same woman it would be picked up and she would arrange another collection and that it was dhl,s fault?

when dhl rang me to verify it was the right address they said the parcel had only been booked in twice for recollection 10 mins b4 they phoned and the original 1

what a bunch of lying gits it wont happen again

thats the short version with 2 days of exuses and b/s missing
