Before you go to far down the patent route, you want to try and make sure that the idea is fesiable, otherwise you might just be on a hiding to nothing.

Is that real, or just a pisstake? If it's real, I'll start to panic... any society capable of allowing a patent to do just that, using something which is only theoretical to prove a point is not sane enough for me to live in.

That person watched far too much stargate!!!! My idea..... a device which transfers the consiousness of a person across the universe through subspace into a another person who acts as a 'host'. Now that I could make billions from Just need to figure out how such a device would actually work
