I'm ok, came as a huge shock as it was out of the blue, it hasn't really sunk in yet.
It's happened to me before aswell, so I know how hard it can be. And it does take a while for it to sink in, but I suppose it kinda prepares you for when it does hit. Glad you're keeping ontop of it though
