I must pop in, I only live a couple of miles away, bad me
Inspirational and fascinating place, would be an absolute tragedy if it were to be lost. Sign the petition, visit and donate!
Signed up, would love to go and visit but it's a little far for me I think it's sad when cultural heritige is left to decay, but seems that people don't recognise the importance of it. Maybe if people felt more of a pride about their national identity, and learned of the pioneering efforts of people like those at Bletchley Park, they wouldn't be so antisocial or destructive.
When I was there last week, they mentioned an interesting point; if every computer user in one UK city donated £1, then they would have enough money to do all required refurbishments and run the entire museum for the foreseeable future.
Come on Hexus user!
I want to go.
Just not had the spare time and way of getting there yet.
It shouldn't be closed down. Anyone that knows anything about Cryptography and so on would know that... it's like... years of history on one small site!
Heck! Let's start the Hexus Save Bletchley Park Campaign!
Mediaboy, whereabouts do you hail from? There's likely to be someone from near wherever it is going there for the 1st Dec meet... It was the biggest one last year (I believe, confirmation Rai?), and hopefully will be again this year Even if there's no-one near you going try to get down, it's sure to be a blast
Definitely worth saving.
Shocking that it's allowed to get into this state - you think Bill Gates could stump up a few hundred thousand.
