Handy for the scan deal noobsI bet we still get some threads asking.To get round those noobs you need the user id to be a pop up flashing a big arrow pointing window with their user id encircled...and attach a wav file for sound, going "DUURRRHHH".
But if some of them are blind enough to not see the signs already all over the place, i.e., the FIRST POST of the Scan sticky... I highly doubt they'd notice a big song and dance about a number that they really want

User IDs are based on the next sequential number in the Members table in the DB, there isn't a way to change that that I know of without some DB hacking.
I could change user IDs for people, no problem.
But nothing would work afterwards...
