Technically its legal to sell cannabis seeds as well afaik. That doesn't look like white widow though.

hmm my dad buys these to mix with other seeds - to eat.

but i'm surprised that they havn't been sterilized. In the past we got seedlings outta hemp from the fishing tackle shop.

Well cannabis is a type of hemp so yeh it is legal. But you are not allowed to grow them

These ones probably have such a low level of tetrahydrocannabinol that its probably not even worth lighting up

Hemp seeds are a common healthy food. In fact, the hemp plant is an extremely useful plant, but thanks to anti-cannabis propaganda, it's only in recent years that it's started to be put to use again. It has no potency, but you still need a permit to germinate the seeds.

We get them growing from the wild bird seed mix we put out. Quite an attractive plant.

I've seen small plants (of a desirable drug strain) on sale in Switzerland, much as we might buy tomato plants. It's not illegal over there.
