    Razor Cuts

Just cut myself shaving, blood stopped gushing out after 20mins of me holding a tissue on it. So whats the best way to stop the blood quick? Aftershave does work sometimes, but its blooming painful!

Use an electric razor or the one's with guards on them...

You know, I usually don't shave, and if I do it's when it's long and I use beard trimmers to get it down to about 1mm length, but when I do shave properly I never cut myself!

    ouch!

flanderz you have to let the blood clot- scab over or it wont stop bleeding. If you keep touching the wound it stops it from clotting. Feel for ya dude im doing this myslef all the time

I don't cut myself, and I shave quite often..

Suppose I've just got skill in real life, then.

Mach 3 Turbo! I dont normally cut myself shaving, but once I cut my neck, and it wouldnt stop bleeding for an hour, I was a bit worried, and I still have a small scar.

I shave before I get in the shower. By the time I get out again the cuts have stopped bleeding (well, 99.9% of the time anyway).

Try shaveing in the shower, stops the skin from drying out.... just need to be careful u dont wash all the foam off by accident

Oh and Tumble shaves in the shower even made me get a sticky hand held mirror for my bathroom wall at halls so he could see

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.

ROFL, thats SO true. Thats what I use, triple cut. Not as bad as the Quad Pumped Wilkinson Sword razor though!

I find that the electric ones don't cut as nice and close as a wet shave.

If you cut yourself you should try elec shaving, alot less chance of cutting yourself. I use cheapo BIC ones never seem to get cuts, apart from once the blade guard came off and I didn't notice and it made like loadsa little cuts which you couldn't see but hurt for like 3 days
