Need Help

In deciding a name for our new Kitten. We were thinking of names and Jon liked the name Jasper, on recieving him we discovered his name is actually Malfi, but doesn't respond to it, so i'm confoozed, call him Jasper or leave him with Malfi?

Vote here for Jasper - its just generally a better name and a damn good one for a cat

I'd go with Jasper as to me it sounds better then Malfi

If the cat responded to malfi i'd say leave it. Once they recognise thier name it's not always easy to get them to change.
But as he's not responding to it anyway might as well call him jasper. It's certainly nicer.

Call it Cat. Never saw the point of giving a name to an animal which would rather die than give the impression it conforms to any kind of master/pet relationship.

Chap at work called a cat that adopted his family "Dingy" as she was a sort of dingy brown colour



But Jasper is way cooler than Malfi... Malfi sounds like a cheap furniture shop
