The digital divide does not exist.

It is so cheap to get internet access and computers these days (and when I say cheap, I mean it should be possible to get both for free) that I think anybody who has neither does so by choice.

Pretty short essay imo unless you maybe expand it to include the 3rd world.

Help solve it? By solution you mean getting all the people off the interweb that post videos on youtube that they 'made' by cutting together clips of their favourite TV show and adding some music over the top?
