The two day course was on EASA Part 145 (and an overview of Part M). Very interesting course and both the 3rd party trainer and ourselves learnt a lot from the topical discussions. There are some stark contrasts between what the regulation states and what occurs in the industry (nothing flight safety critical so don't panic ), very interesting stuff. If you want to learn about EASA Part 145, get a good trainer/instructor; the subject is quite bland and wrapped in legal speak.
This type of training should not be subject to training bond; it's the companies obligation to make employees aware of the environment they work in, in this case aviation, the authorities and regulatory information.
Anyhow, all that matters is I won vs the company....fighting the establishment!
