    I'm 24 and currently at 14 stone, 13 is my ideal weight and if I got get back to down to it I'll have wasted all the medium t-shirts I just ordered from states. It's by far the hardest but generally the first 1/2 stone is just water retention.

    Ooops I think I'd had a few too many pints when I typed that. However I was meant to be going out clubbing with some mates on Saturday night, the ultimate aim was for me to pull someone but with 4 flaming spots on my face all im the same area, I'm staying home till they all clear up
