sorry I've done two large scale notes deployments and server configs, and vowed never again!
Simple comparison -
Exchange server and desktop migration from Notes for 5000 users... dead easy and only three months.
Domino servers and clients for 800 users and migration from Exchange... 6 months and I still have nightmares about it! Went back to company and recommended they ditch notes - didn't want to - but showed them Outlook 2k3 with Notes connector - now everyone is happy.
