Got my third tatoo started yesterday -
Incase you can't tell where it is cos of the crappy webcam quality its on the inside of my arm. I've got go get the rest of the colour done in a few weeks as my tatooist didn't want to do it all in one sitting.

Its a tribal gesign i've been workin on for the last couple of weeks, started of as a sleeve idea but i decided it'd look good there.

I can understand why he/she wouldn't want to do it all in one sitting, the inside of the arm is quite sensitive... I would have insisted that it's fine, though. Kick 'im next time
yeah thats what he told me, plus he said it'd be even more irratating to me if it was all done at once, wasn't too bothered about the pain tbh as my neck hurt more but i want it to heal well. Plus its cheaper this way
may have a look at the savlon stuff when i go into town next as i've been using preperation h today.
On the whole.... preparation H is good..

Preperation H is fine, really, it has an anti-irritation agent (sharkfin extract, perhaps?) if I remember correctly.
However, the Savlon spray is good for just giving it a wash or whatever.
Finally got enough money to think about finishing off my left arm piece, now.. so I'll be giving my tattooist a ring a few weeks. Haven't had any ink done for over two years, now.
after this is finished and has healed up fully i'll be going to get my half sleeve done which is gonna cost me more than i'd like to think about......
Its weird really, i've had 3 reasonble sized ones in the last 12 months and you still forget how much it hurts until you have another.

oh and by the way i got my beast finished but had to sell the vapo in the process
and i just got me a nice beta copy of doom3 oh baby. in fact u dont need to smile ill do it for us both)

Inside of the arm was fine for me... gotta say that it dont look that big a tatt to not have done in one sitting...
That said, I had a six hour session for one tatt and was damn glad when it was over... it wasn't that it hurt or anything like that, it was just that after 6 hours of the damn needles going like crazy, you kinda just end up wanting it to end!
btw, savlon spray to was it and anusol or prep h for when it starts to itch and heal... and wear soft clothing, cos inside of the arm scabs snag like crazy!
Kinda reminds me of one of the Shadows outta Babylon 5, you know one of those spiddery looking gritters but that's just me being daft no doubt.
