    Arghhh City Link!

Right I ordered a few things the other day (about £155 worth) and city link were supposed to deliver it yesterday, as far as I could see they didn't, now I'm not to fussed about that as I didn't really need it until the weekend however, imagine my horror as I check their online tracking only to find infact, my parcel has been signed for, by a guy I have never heard of and certainly lives no where near me.

I was even in all day, theye didn't even knock on my door or ring my bell!

So thanks city link for giving my parcel to a random guy who now has £155 worth of my equipment

get onto them - clearly as it was signed for then its recorded delivery they should have some idea where they dropped it off. if indeed thats what they did and didn't mistake another parcel (which had been signed/delivered) for yours...
    either way hassle them.
    lots.

seriously, get onto them and try to come accross as nice and patient and forgiving, understanding mistakes can happen etc...after all it could be an innocent screw-up their end.
if they still play you around then demand they pay up to the value of your goods. I'm not too sure what you can do if they become hopeless, perhaps someone else better take over....

    p.s. good luck!!!

If it was with their insured service then they must pay up, if it wasn't insured, then I'm affraid they don't have to pay you anything
