I'm looking for a 1st/2nd line Support Techie to full a potential role with the firm I work for in Milton Keynes ( It would probably help if you lived within Commuting Distance of MK - J14 M1 )
Its an office based role - providng support to a wide selection of clients from a number of industries using the power of your voice and a number of different remote support methodologies.
The type of person I'm looking for will be a fast learner, with a good grounding in 2k/Xp Networks. You'll be happy to talk people through basic troubleshooting of windows and office problems, but most importantly know your limits and when to ask for help!
Social skills are a must as well as your technical skills, our company has a great, relaxed atmosphere, so no ego's please
