Any help would be appreciated.

I've used them. All went just fine. I've posted a PSU with InterParcel before too and had no problems there. P2G are decent yep
Thanks Moogle
Had a look on the web and the price difference between parcelforce and Parcel2Go is almost double.
Thanks again Moogle
I had a look at InterParcels and the price is about the same but you have more choice.
As you seam to be the expert on this topic
Do you know how late you can book a collection for next day pick up i.e booked on Thursday for Friday.

How much do they want to post a PSU? I just posted one Royal Mail and it was about £8
They wanted 6.89 + vat
The power supply is very heavy 4 Kg so royal mail is looking expensive.
The power supply is being sold on e-bay so I want some way of tracking the item. (don't want to be ripped off).
Moogle - Thanks added - you have helped me out a few times now and I have not clicked the button
PS Nice to see the cat back.
Lol 2nd member who's happy to see the cat back
No problems, just make sure you pack that PSU well (Changing the weight up to 5 or 10kg on interparcel doesn't affect the price. I think they have the prices set for different weight ranges so use up that weight with extra padding/packing so that it's all protected well) and you've got nothing to worry about.
Will do
Sold my PSU on ebay last night and booked a collection and delivery through Interparcel with DHL. DHL van turned up @12:30 and parcel went on its way. All looks very good at the moment, lets hope it gets there in one piece.
Don't worry it will
Unless there's some natural disaster or something it'll get there fine. The guy shoulda handed you a receipt or something that has the tracking number, just check on it every so often to keep your mind at rest
I have the tracking number so I monitor its progress.
Will have to get a new power supply now. lol
Parcel2Go are con merchants. They've a huge history of "losing" parcels, especially those of value. Friend of mine had a £500 item go missing in their hands. That was 2 years ago, and he's still not had anything back. They've told him they'll look into it, a few months later they coveniently knew nothing about it and had lost all paperwork, and my friend is currently dragging them through small claims court. And it's not uncommon.
Use someone with a properly established setup. Although P2G piggyback off DHL, DHL on their own have a workable and trackable system that works half sharp.
Moo.
