well that 'hammer' as you call it isn't actually a hammer. when tireilo trained up it said 'reward - AXE'.

I think it's a case of mistranslation (French developers). In the French version of the game (mybrute.fr - compatible with the English version) that weapon is called a 'Marteau', which means hammer. I suppose the problem is that they called the piledriver skill 'Hammer', which I am guessing is because the French word for piledriver also contains the word Marteau as well. I mean, does that thing look anything like an 'Axe' to you?

BiQui suxx mate there is quite a few of the hexus clan which are better than him, majority of which are much lower levels.
I have about 5 of them ongoing atm and the most deadly seems to be thisisbiscuit who has a bear and a shield

rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishshaftpro is pretty deadly with his selection of weapons but he doesnt seem to use them very well which recently has resulted in a number of losses

biccitron is also pretty effective but it suprises me cuz he has quite poo stats. Martial arts seems to be the trick here but i get the feeling it will become less and less useful.

B1scu1T has got pretty good since the addition of 'impact' which is a handy demobilizing skill. When he uses the fierce brute skill with the club its damn effective too (100+ damage with one hit), problem is he has a tendancy to waste it on friggin pet dogs :@

For a character who used to be bullied at L8 and one that I almost dropped, l33tTooNice (http://l33ttoonice.mybrute.com/cellule) is surprisingly usable now (the two losses shown are from very capable pet users). She's still quite fragile, but the two dogs work decently as meat shield.

I checked out the L1 that beat Ibodan expecting to see a bear or something, but all she had was shurikens (the fight expired before I had the chance to see, but rather suspect that she just corned him with shurikens non stop)

I shall have my revenge on Ibodan tomorrow! Ye know, I noticed that most of Steevie's brutes are high strength brutes. They are a pain to deal with (I consider Strength to be the best stat of the three), and for some reason my top 3 are all weak strength wise (DDR_Rock has the highest at 5).

Yes that's pretty much the way it was; I think ibodan got in 1 good blow halfway but the rest of it was just standing there & taking it.
