How do YOU get to sleep when tomorrow is a big day?

ive just come home from a bank shift at the hospital and im WIDE AWAKE (im turning into a female zak here ) i tend not to sleep when im working, cos it makes me feel like crap. So i sleep when i get in, but this morning around five i started feeling really sleepy and sick, so i brought a bottle of coke and the sugars have kept me awake ever since, i skipped home from work


Not working tonight tho, so i dont need that much sleep today.... but some would be nice

if i really can't sleep, 3 cans of lager as fast as i can, followed by 2 pints of water (water stops lager breath in morn)

-if i can't drink, then wash face really well, pint of milk, then listen to Portishead on low volume in bed

one other thing, if you're not tired, if for instance you only been awake 12 hours, it's unlikely you'll sleep soundly at all, so just skip it, stay up all night and doze, you're sure as hell sleep well the following night.
