XFX Radeon 4870 Sent Back

Does anyone know where the XFX HQ is, if its in the UK or abroad.

I bought a 4870 from Saverstore.com 3 months ago which has become faulty so returned.
I sent it last wednesday and thought id chase it up today as it still says "return requested" under the account section.
Chased and its on its way back to XFX wherever that is?

I had a look but couldnt find any info on where returns are sent.

IIRC they are based in the USA but their cards are manufactured in China so it could go to either places. Either way it will take some time.

I think it was because of this and other reasons, some retailers now handle the RMA themeselves and send out a card from their own stock if the one returned is faulty. (Overclockers, and Scan)
