It might be that I'm not doing it right, but when I try it doesn't seem to be able to guess Dave Lister. (I haven't added him just in case it is the case that I'm not doing it right)

The only way it may have got confused is that it asked if the character was yellow, I said no even though he does have some yellow on him. He is multi-coloured!
Edit: He finally got it in the 3rd guess, and having seen the picture there is a lot of yellow on him (although there is also red and white).
i tried Jimbo.. it got it right on the first guessi cant remember the questions it asked though! i also tried Arthur Scargill, it got it right in 20 questions!
Ah, that's probably the one that explains it - I thought with that question it was asking if it was played by a live-action actor (as opposed to a voiceover in a cartoon etc.).
Guessed "KITT" in 15 turns
It guessed the following without any problems:

but it took 4 guesses to get Slartibartfast
Funnily enough, I tried Obelix before yesterday too (it got it easily).

had a day off for my Better half Suzanne's birthday yesterday - sat in a restaurant waiting for the food playing it with her - every time it never ceased to amaze her 'thats mad! do another one!'
it got Rob Van Dam, Howard Jones (KSE), most of the Red Vs Blue cast (even Vic who's hardly in it), Thrall (wow) and more - it just doesnt stop being novelty!
i think it even got a character out of Suzanne's Patricia Cornwell books too . . .
