Interesting that it's perfectly acceptable to kill, butcher, publicly barbeque and then eat a cow, but if one were to engage in light (and for all anyone knows, consensual) foreplay with it then we "both have committed an abomination and will surely be put to death".
It seems the measure of harm that we (think we) normally apply when deciding what acts to proscribe is for some reason not relevant when it comes to the specific issue of sex with farmyard animals - alone out of all fields of human activity - doesn't it? Discuss...
