Failing to detonate some powder, petrol, and propane gas is hardly the work of a mastermind bomber, the provos have successfully detonated much worse in England, a country with a significantly higher population density. Looks more like a scaremongering exercise to me.
quite, but don't forget plenty of the die hard committed are completely incompetent. As such we shouldn't take the threats less seriously.

yup, I was there at the time as well! also its a heat wave here, it was 31C in the shade and it was much hotter in direct sunlight.
