    Forum signature Generation

it's been a while since I looked at this (see my signature for an example of how old)

But there have been some really good tools in the past that allowed you to put together dynamic signatures for use in things like forums eg: showing stuff you liked/didn't like, or rotating your network user ID's for games networks etc.

    My questions are two fold

1.) for you more experienced hard core forum users who have the cool signatures, what generators do you use ?

2.) I'm curious to how to manually put one of these together, especially the clever ones with the code that changes (links normally) depending on the image displayed. I can think of many ways to do this, but I'm sure they are not "the" way to do it.
    It is Inevitable.....

Ikonia, something like yours isn't that hard to make. Generally you create a user bar or whatever you prefer to call them (the different bars being rotated through) in Photoshop, then you export that to Image Ready (If I remember correctly) where you can then create the animation of it changing bars, then save it and export as a gif file, upload somewhere, link it, done . Or atleast thats how I used to do it when making my own.

Although I know some people make these in flash or something similar, but in that respect..I have no clue.
