I HAVE NEVER CONTACTED DAVID ROSS PRIOR TO THAT QUERY ABOUT THE BANNED IP ADDRESS, AND I ONLY CONTACTED HIM BECAUSE THE FORUM ADMIN WOULD NOT REPLY TO MY QUERY ABOUT SAME. YOU HAVE ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION THAT CLARIFIES THAT YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUT SEEM INCAPABLE OF ADMITTING YOUR ERROR.

ARE THERE ANY GROWN UPS THAT COULD ACTUALLY RESPOND INSTEAD OF THIS CONTINUAL DENIAL OF YOUR ERRORS.

YOU SEEM TO RUN ON THE NORTH KOREAN BUSINESS MODEL.

You have not "presented the options available" so i don't see how i could "have chosen not to follow them".

I have never contacted anyone in hexus prior to my ip address being banned after it was changed due to a local outage.

No one from hexus has ever contacted me prior to my query about this ip address ban and the only response was the rude email from David Ross.

You have me confused with someone that has transgressed the forum rules and you seem unable to acknowledge this.

As i stated the only reason i registered with this forum was for the access to Scan forums, as they have turned out to be a bunch of liars and thieves i no longer need access.

But this is a matter of principle, you cannot admit your mistake even though you have all the necessary information that proves you are in error and seem happy to hide behind the anonymity of your website and continue in denial whilst hoping i will go away.

First point - please remind me when you and I have met - as I believe I don't know you so therefore cannot be entitled to cast aspertions on my character like these.

I am sure that if this is a case of mistaken identity then I apologise - there are people who have been flouting rules of late and have been IP banned - due to the way some dynamic IP's are allocated then this may have meant that your access has been accidentally removed.
IF this is the case, then we will review the status. Any flouting of the rules will not be tolerated however.

As you no longer need your access here then you are more than welcome to delete it. I'm not entirely sure what your point is - posting about access that you don't need?

We are a community here and I personally do not take it kindly being accused of things that are just not true. The rest of the community also does not like people being rude and generally nasty - everyone has opinions but sometimes it's best to keep them to yourself - it's just not the way we do things here.

HEXUS is far from a faceless community and we have nothing to hide.

If you would like to discuss this matter in more detail then please feel free to PM me and I will attempt to resolve your issue.

There's enough evidence to suggest that you're a repeat registrant circumventing bans and abusing privileges. There's a slim chance that conclusion is wrong, but I'm not going to apologise because I am of the opinion that David came to the right conclusion.

You've taken up far too much of our time and contributed next to nothing to the community, so for a free to join website it's really not worth us putting any more effort into this. Your relationship with HEXUS has come to an end. The Internet is a big place and I'm sure that with a fresh start somewhere else you will find forum happiness, but alas, you will not find it here. I think the rest of the HEXUS.community will accept this decision as justified.
