    I hurt

I hurt....like no time for along time....in memory....

my forearms and killing me...I couldn't even open the screw top on the milk carton...

my neighbour has only just stopped laughing at me....I must look like I've run the marathon....all for a few wheel barrows of soil.....

Deckard came past today......then HE laughed and sodded off too

Oh well.....its always best when you do it yourself.

    I defeated it....

    yay....

    owww

So you feel like I do all the time, with all the time I spend in the gym. Just be glad it's a one off. After a while you get to like the pain

ps. Congrats on getting it done tho

I spent a couple of days washing cars at my dad's work in the last half term, and after the first day my arms were literally killing me too. I could barely move my left arm without it being in horrible pain. Barely got any sleep that night I know what it's like! Constant movement will do that!

    I DID NOT laugh!

I was going to help... but with my upcoming golf tourny I decided that the world would be better off with me putting in some practice down the driving range....

and beside, after having totally re-done me own garden, I've had me fill of skips...

(geddit?? 'fill' of skips?... see? 'fill' as in had enough, but you also fill a skip up... gawd I'm funny....)

    I'll get me coat.
