Other colours looked too dark
It's not a totally white background, there is a grid design that breaks it up very well.

yea, it looks very modern, but also very, samey and no1 likes too much change.

I think the colours are okay but why not have a choice of colour schemes for all tastes, like a lot of forums do?
btw the clock is still about 8 minutes out, for some reason

we may well do this in the future. At the moment we have other development phases which we need to complete first.
Ive grown accustom to it already; it's gorgeous in my eyes now
Not 100% sure on the blue thats being used on the navigation bar backgrounds of the website though.... It just seems a little abrupt, if you know what I mean..?
EDIT: I take that back, it looks great. I have no idea what i was thinking at the original time of this post!

There is a LOT of new stuff coming, and when all deployed you will all be very happy.
All I can say is bare with us if we break something since it is a lot of development time we are putting in to this.
