Probably to highlight to the general public that this sort of 9's call is a waste of the emergency services time and people shouldn't make them.
Whats more concerning is that there is a series of snowman thefts! A friend at work built a snowman with his son and someone stole it. It was left in a playing field and he could see the track leading away where they rolled it away.
Some stole my snowman and all the SNOW!! its ruined my xmas..
